Founder and Chef Scott Schymik

Having a life-long passion for food, Chef Scott Schymik brought vision back to his hometown. 

 

His career began as an apprentice to Master Chef Horst Galow in 1996 at Kirby's Private Dining. He spent 5 years training as a Head Chef and purchased Kirby's shortly after.

 

Fast forward a few years & some major renovations later — Kirby's became Sauced and The Ballroom at Sauced in 2014. You know the rest. 

General Manager Reid Small

Reid Small started in the food industry at 15 in his mother’s charming Locust St. Café. He fell in love with hospitality, having the opportunity to serve his community at such a young age.

 

His passion & love for food and beverage drove him to learn as much as he could from the mentors over the years! He transitioned into fine dining in 2012 and there he developed a major passion for wine and spirits. Luckily for us, Reid found his long term home with Sauced in 2015.
